RUM HOLIDAY - Grades of WalkGrades of Walk

Scottish Natural Heritage bought rum in 1957 and it continues to be one of the lesser visited of the Scottish Islands. Rum however, is full of history both fact and legend and with some of the most spectacular scenery and wildlife of all the islands it is a perfect place to spend on a walking trip.

Cambridge and Edinburgh Universities have been studying the red deer population on the island for a long period of time, many of you may have seen reports on the television of their work here and we would hope to meet some of their researchers to add another dimension to your trip.

WalkDeeside Ltd are delighted to be able to offer two trips to Rum in 2008, one in Spring and one in Summer where we invite you to explore the island with one of our experienced guides.
